GENERAL CONDITIONS NEWSLETTER

To subscribe to the newsletter you must approve the following terms and conditions.

LCA DERMA S.A.S. reserves the right to communicate (by email) any changes related to the newsletter.

LCA DERMA S.A.S. reserves the right to exclude or delete the User from its newsletter, if this is necessary. This exclusion or cancellation will not give LCA DERMA S.A.S. any obligation of communication to the User.

In order to guarantee participation in the newsletter, the User must provide their data (protected by the privacy provisions pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 /06/03 n.196) ensuring its veracity and completeness. Should such information prove to be false, LCA DERMA S.A.S. reserves the right to exclude it from the newsletter and to delete the data thus entered from the data file.

LCA DERMA S.A.S. will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the newsletter.

The User may not make any claim for compensation in relation to any circumstance that may occur with regard to participation in the newsletter.

The User declares, confirming, to accept all the general conditions thus prepared.
